1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Geperya website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or continue using the platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Geperya. They apply to all use of the platform regardless of how you access it – desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Geperya app on Android or iOS.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on Geperya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Geperya account.
• You must not be prohibited from online gaming under any applicable law or personal self-exclusion arrangement.

KYC and Identity Verification

Geperya may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time. This typically involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts that cannot be verified may have activity restricted until the process is completed.

Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the information on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Your Geperya account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access and use your account. Each account may only be used by the registered account holder.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Geperya will not be liable for any losses that arise from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Geperya support immediately through the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on Geperya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine bank transfer, online banking, mobile banking, and local e-wallet channels. Credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit from an account not matching your verified identity may be held pending review.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed per payment method in the Deposit section of your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed to a Philippine bank account registered in your name. The account name must match your verified Geperya account details.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Geperya reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of funds generated from bonus credits are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met prior to release.

Transaction Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method and banking channel. Most e-wallet and InstaPay transfers reflect within minutes during normal banking hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution and time of day. Geperya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5 Promotions, Bonuses, and Offers

Geperya may offer promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and game-specific offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are displayed in full within the Promotions section of your account when each offer is active.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money deposits and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates vary per promotion and are detailed in the individual offer terms.
• Geperya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to matched betting, duplicate account use, or any form of systematic exploitation – is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus and related winnings.
• Players may only claim one welcome promotion. This applies across all account registrations and is not circumventable by registering a new account.

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Geperya is an entertainment platform. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so for the purpose of claiming promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or acting in concert to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any account management process.
• Engaging in any activity that Geperya reasonably believes constitutes fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Geperya reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be temporarily restricted. If the investigation confirms a violation, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

7 Game Rules and Bet Settlement

Each game category on Geperya – including live casino, slots, eBingo, and sports betting – is governed by its own specific rules. These rules are accessible from within each game or section. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.

Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event at the conclusion of regulation play unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Geperya reserves the right to void bets in the event of data errors, event cancellations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Live Casino and Slots

Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time play with live dealers. Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game, Geperya's decision on how to handle the affected round is final.

eBingo

eBingo results are final once the draw is completed and verified. Prize distributions are made in accordance with the applicable draw rules displayed at the time of ticket purchase.

8 Responsible Gaming
